Black & White 50s Handmade Polka Dot Dress, XS

Darling 1950s black and white dress in a stripes & polka dot pattern. This dress has a wide neck collar with an offset bow detail. There are small string belt loops if you decide to belt it!

Feels like cotton (fabric has no stretch). Overall in great vintage condition with some small flaws. There is a small hole near bottom of zipper and loose threads/ fraying underneath the bow; these are not visible when worn (see photos). Looks like a modern XS, please see measurements for best fit.
