Lovely buttercup yellow Victorian era maxi skirt/ petticoat with tiered ruffles at the hem. Woven material (linen? cotton?) has a subtle sheen to it.
This skirt is in good condition for its age, but does have several subtly stained/ dingy areas particularly around the hem, and a couple pin size brown stains on the length of the skirt. No apparent rips or tears. See photos for detail.
