Victorian era white petticoat with a beautiful crocheted lace hem. This petticoat has a full skirt, and lots of gathering at the waistline. Feels like cotton.
This piece is in excellent condition for its age. There are two very small, very faint stains that are don’t show on camera well. Otherwise free of any observable flaws.
