Be the darling of prom in this 1950s icing blue cupcake gown. This dress has a smocked skirt with little white pearly accents. The dress has a tulle underskirt to give it extra volume. There is a metal zipper and two bows lining the back of the spaghetti strap dress.

The dress has a few faded spots on the fabric under the armpit that are barely visible. The dress is very small. It seems to fit a size XS or 24” waist. Please see measurements below for best fit.
