This flouncy peplum top is feminine and sophisticated. The top buttons down the front with shiny brown plastic buttons. The top is long sleeved and has a small pointed collar. The back of the blouse has a small tie to cinch the waistline of this piece to create an hourglass shape. This piece was made in Hong Kong in the late 1980s or early 1990s.

100% Rayon. This piece is marked a size S and will fit up to a smaller M. This top is in good condition. Please see measurements below for best fit.
