Absolutely beautiful, knee-length brocade dress with a ruffle, fringe hem and cap sleeves. Fabric has a beautiful sheen, and soft, slinky feel, with delicate blue floral designs woven in. Would make a great dress for an event, or special party (birthday dress, anyone?)
This dress is in excellent vintage condition, but is missing it’s belt.
