Edwardian era shirtwaist / corset cover. Delicate gauzy cotton with lace inset and embroidery at front. Drawstring cinch at waist. Flap collar trimmed with lace. Lovely smocking on either side of lace inset/ button placard.
This item is very old and very fragile. That being said, it is in good condition for its age. Observable flaws: left armpit stitching is worn/ has possibly been mended, loose threads at the bottom front, pair of small holes at underside of collar, not visible when worn. See photos for more detail.
Looks like a modern small or extra small (The arm holes are narrow) but please see measurements for best fit.
Measurements:
Bust: 37”
Waist: 33” (adjustable/cinches with drawstring)
Length: 16”
