These 90s flare pants are totally turn of the century. The pants are ultra low rise and have a flared hem. The pants are made from a charcoal grey leather with a shiny finish that give these Y2K style pants a metallic shift in the light. There are belt loops on the waistband of the pants and no pockets on the back or hips. The bottoms are lined with acetate on the inside.

There are a few spots where the metallic finish has worn off (see photos), but overall these pants are in good wearable condition. The pants are marked a size 3 and fit like a size XXS to XS due to the low rise and narrow hips. Please see measurements below for best fit.
