This pair of frilly bloomer shorts are a great basic to have in your summer wardrobe! The shorts were made in the USA and seem to be from the late 1960s. The shorts are made from a cream colored slippery and shiny nylon with an elastic waistband. The shorts are extra high rise and have a thick lace trim around the hem.
