This sheer 90s brown ruffle top is giving major "That’s So Raven" energy! The shirt is made from 100% silk and features an almost tiger-like print with red roses. This Y2K top has ruffles at the neckline and on the cuffs giving a super frilly and femme vibe. If you look closely there are small gold sequins stitched onto the shirt.

This blouse is in great condition and is marked a size 6. It seems like it would work well on a modern size L. Please see measurements below for best fit.
