This playful mini dress is designed by the French ready to wear brand Zadig & Voltaire. The dress is a navy blue semi sheer piece with a quirky lavender, light blue, and lime green star print. The skirt on the dress is tiered with a small bit of ruffle that adds that billowy babydoll kind of feel to piece.
