A puffy 1950s prom dress like this is sure to make you the belle of the ball! The dress is a two-toned ice blue and aqua color with many layers of tulle for extra volume in the skirt. The piece is sleeveless and has a v neckline with pleats at the bust. We love the 3D double rosette at the waistline. There's a long sash that is stitched to the roses and tacked to the hem of the skirt for added drama. This dress has its original metal zipper up the back.
