This darling baby blue floral skirt is frilly, femme, and totally perfect for spring. The hem is slightly scalloped and has a small ruffle trim. The waistband is all elastic so it has a good amount of stretch to it. The skirt seems to be from the 1960s and is made of nylon. It has a vintage lingerie feel to it.
The skirt is in great condition. It’s marked a vintage size M, but would be best on a modern size S. Please see measurements for best fit.
