This stunning floral party dress is a super soft velvet with vibrant blue hues! The dress has low v-cut back with a sweet bow hiding the zipper and adding a lovely detail. The dress appears to be handmade and creates a beautiful silhouette.

The dress is in good condition with a small missing snap closure behind the bow (see photo). Looks to be a modern size XS/S. Please see measurements for best fit.
