Be the “it girl” at the party in this 1980s couture party dress! The top of this beautiful French designer piece is a soft velvet with three quarter sleeves with puffed shoulders. The skirt has a fluffy layer of tulle underneath to give extra volume. The bodice has multicolored polkadot stitched detailing with accents of gold.

This couture cocktail dress is in great condition. It is quite small and would work best on a S or XS. Please see measurements for best fit.
