This adorable sheer mini skirt has sparkle, color, and whimsy! The mini high low skirt seems to be from a dance costume from the 1950s. The skirt has shiny rainbow polka dots and a flouncy feel. The skirt has a hook and eye closure on the back and is entirely sheer. This 50s skirt would be an amazing beach cover up!
