This 1990s slinky black top is semi sheer, has a bit of sparkle, and clings to the body in the most beautiful way. The top has layers of thin rayon and a flouncy V cut double layer hem. The top layer of this short sleeve blouse has a pink and purple flowers all over. The centers of the flowers has small sequins sewn onto them. This top was made in India.

Rayon. The top is in good condition and marked a size 2P. Due to the biascut of this top, it can fit a size S to a M/L. Please see measurements below for best fit.
