This sweetheart neckline black Laura Ashley party dress is both fun and flirty! The strapless dress has a beautiful floral fabric with accents of blue, magenta, bubblegum pink, and teal. The bodice has a small amount of boning and a cinched accent at the bust emphasizing all your curves. This dress is made from cotton and was made in the USA in the 1990s.
