1980s black asymmetric party or prom dress. Thick velvet bodice is structured with underwire and has wavy horizontal bands of velvet for striped “sunburst” effect. There is a defined waist hem and then an asymmetric dropped waistline where two layers of puffy taffeta make a flouncy, mid-length skirt. Spaghetti straps and small V neck in front and back. Zips up the side. Taffeta lining.
